In an
effort to keep dental cost down, while maintaining a
high level of professional care, we have established the
following plans for the use of our patients
All emergencies - Cash Basis
All new patients
that come in for x-rays, cleaning, and complete exam can
pay the deductible or that portion of the initial
treatment fee that the insurance does not cover.
Treatment fees
under $100.00 are
due at time of treatment.
Treatment over $1,000.00
requires prepayment or payment at the time of treatment
with a 5% discount for cash or check.
(This discount does not apply if you are receiving any
other type of discount for cash or check)
Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express, or Care Credit are
accepted.
(Care Credit) is a dental charge card that we accept
and will be glad to help you apply for.
We will be happy to assist you
with financing through Care Credit.
All major treatment
will require an appropriate down payment. You may
discuss this with our Financial Coordinator.
Extended payments
may be available upon special request. Please talk with
our Financial Coordinator. Firm and committed financial
arrangements are a must for extended payment.
Accounts outstanding more than
60 days will bear interest charges at 1-1/2%
per month.
Insurance - If you
have insurance, we will help you estimate the coverage
you have available.
Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and
not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company
is responsible to the patient, and the patient is
responsible to our office. We will help in every way we
can in filing your claim and in handling insurance
questions from our office on your behalf. We will help
you with your insurance "limitations".
Our
financial team looks forward to helping you with above
listed options.
Appointments
We
respect our patients' time and make every effort to
remain on schedule. We also try to complete treatment in
as few visits as possible.
Because
we are considerate of our patients' time, we have found
that they are, likewise, considerate of our time. We do
appreciate at least 24 hours notice if an appointment
must be changed.
Emergencies
If a
patient is uncomfortable, this is our immediate concern.
We do allow time daily for emergencies. However, if an
emergency should arise, we appreciate a call as early in
the day as possible. Our patients of record experience
very few discomfort problems.
