Donna
Jewell has been our office administrator for
approximately 33 years. She is an exceptionally
talented lady who has exemplary administrative
talents. Donna not only helps in running day-to-day
business for our practice, but she also manages
personnel, does correspondence, and takes care of
accounts receivable, accounts payable, and our
accounting. In general, Donna manages our practice
from a business and administrative standpoint. We at
the office can not imagine any person doing a better
job than Donna has done for the past 33 years. She
is exceptionally well liked by all of the ladies in
our practice, and also by our patients. Donna is
dedicated, loyal, hardworking, pleasant, and
exceptionally capable. She is Dr. Findley's right
hand in many day-to-day duties that go on from a
business perspective in our practice. We feel very
fortunate to have had Donna in our practice for such
a long time, and we know that this will continue.
We are exceptionally privileged to have Donna not
only as our administrator, but also as our friend.
Her capabilities in the real world and in our
profession are profound.
Donna is married to Zeb (Tommy) Jewell. Tommy is
quality manager for Georgia Pacific and is out on
medical leave, awaiting a kidney transplant. They
have a daughter. Jennifer, who has her Masters
degree in clinical counseling and an RN degree.
Jennifer works as a psychiatric liaison. Donna
enjoys reading - books, magazines, etc. She enjoys
swimming and mother-daughter shopping trips. Donna
is very close to her family and enjoys family get
togethers. She is always working on several projects
in addition to her busy work schedule.
Simply put, Donna is a superb administrator and a
first-class lady.

Charlotte Cochran – Lab Technician
Charlotte has been with our dental practice for over
17 years now – wow! She has been a lab tech for 38
years. Her duties also include coordinating implant
cases with Dr. Findley and also ordering implants
that are needed for our patients. Charlotte also
keeps our referring doctors up to speed with what
they need.
Charlotte is an exceptionally talented individual in
so many ways – from a laboratory standpoint with
regard to temporization and provisional dentistry to
ordering all of our dental supplies.
Charlotte is loved by Dr. Findley, our staff and by
multiple numbers of patients and she is also
appreciated by those same groups.
Charlotte is a tremendously loyal and dedicated
individual who takes her job very seriously in
helping other doctors, patients and staff be better
at what they do.
She is a very valuable member of our team and is
there to help you, as patients, in any way that she
possibly can. Her work ethic is unparalleled and the
performance of her professional duties is at a
“mountain top” level.
Charlotte is married to Jimmy Cochran and they have
a daughter, Courtney who will be attending Valdosta
State in the fall.
We are exceptionally pleased to have Charlotte in
our practice and look forward to that continuing for
a long time.
Christine Hammock – Hygienist
Christine Hammock is one of our Dental Hygienists, and has been working with our patients for the past thirteen years.
Christine says “One of the many reasons I love my job is meeting new people and having the opportunity to educate them on oral care”. Dr. Findley and the rest of our team say “We are all very fortunate to have Christine – her excellent skills as a dental hygienist benefit our patients and Christine is the type of person that everyone loves”.
Christine graduated from Darton College in Albany, Georgia in 1995 with an Associates Degree in Science. While attending Darton, Christine was honored to have been the first recipient of the Betty Parton Dental Hygiene Scholarship. Christine was awarded the prestigious Hinman Scholar which is also a great honor.
Christine spends her free time enjoying playful times with her two grandchildren and her new puppy Ellie Sue. Christine is active in church and enjoys singing in the choir.
Christine is kind and caring to everyone she meets – it is a “true” pleasure to spend time with her. We love having her as a member of our team and we look forward to her being a part of our team for many, many years to come. Christine always has a smile on her face and something good to say about everyone.!!
Christine exhibits one of the most admirable qualities that a professional health care facilitator can have – and that is loyalty to our patients, our staff and to Dr. Findley. This is a most admirable attribute because it puts her in the exception rather than the rule category.
Christine is dedicated to our patients and is one that always goes the extra mile. She is most admired by staff, patients and Dr. Findley. She is a superior asset to our practice and one that we do not take lightly.
Thank you Christine for who you are and all the many special things that you do.
If you have not met Christine, next time you come in please say hello to her – you will be glad you did.
Helen Silva
- Secretary/Receptionist
Most of you already know Helen since she is the person that greets you when you come in the front door and the fact that she is part of the fixtures in our office – she has been with us for 13 years. We are very proud to have Helen and could not ask for a more caring, hard working individual to help our patients.
Helen is our Secretary/Receptionist – she does numerous duties for Dr. Findley and Donna, our office administrator – we would be lost without her.
Helen takes wonderful care of our two hygienist -- Cathy Loundenbarger and Christine Hammock. Helen takes care of their appointment books and works very closely with them.
Helen is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet. She is very outgoing. Helen is always ready to pitch in and help others. We know that any of you that work closely with her love her like we do and if you have not had a chance to get to know Helen please take the time to do so.
Helen is truly an amiable personality type. This means that one of her primary thrusts in life is to be pleasing to others and she does just that! Additionally, Helen is fiercely loyal and has a work ethic that is exemplary.
She has two things in her uppermost thoughts that are paramount in our dental practice – and those are an exceptionally high level of service and an exceptionally high level of quality of care in dentistry.
We thank Helen for who she is and all the many special things she does for others. We look forward to Helen being a part of our team for a long time.
